Description: The platform enables the creation by Piedmontese tour operators of tokens that are tools for tourist loyalty. For VisitPiemonte operators, the use of the CommonsHood platform allows the creation of discount initiatives (coupons) in the form of digital assets (tokens) without the presence of intermediaries and thus with lower management costs and also the creation of community-related initiatives. For visitors, it enables a more personalized experience through access to a portfolio of offerings available through geo-localized use and "on-the-fly" personalization of the tourism experience. VisitPiemonte through the use of the CommonsHood can optimize their analysis on the exchange of value between visitors and operators and the correlations of origin-preference-discounts and has the ability to profile the visitor according to their preferences regarding the offer in the area, to create networks of offers related to the geographical aggregation of operators and to improve the personalization of the guided offer of the visitor.
Location: The project operates throughout the Piedmont region in Northern Italy.
Period: 2020-2021
