Description: The “Famigliets” project initiated a participatory co-design process between the voluntary sector and public bodies in the city of Trieste for a mapping of territorial social services dedicated to families. The project has three main objectives: to strengthen synergies between public bodies and volunteers; to expand the offer of spaces for listening, discussion and collection of needs, particularly for families living in vulnerable situations; and to facilitate families' access to educational, social, health, school, vocational training and leisure services.

Users contribution description: Through the FirstLife civic social networking platform, users can actively participate in mapping services (public or private) for families as well as browse interactive maps by selecting the type of services of their interest.
