Description: The "M.AD – Mappe Adolescenti per la riqualificazione urbana”, a project promoted by the Education Department of the City of Turin, had the main objective of involving adolescents in the public life of the city, through participatory urban space redevelopment interventions and the acquisition of civic skills for the development of a more aware and active citizenship. The course was structured in three phases: analysis of the territory, participatory planning, and factual implementation of the project in the target territory. Location: The project is developed in the city of Turin (IT). Period: 2017-2018 Partners: Assessorato all’Istruzione e alle Politiche Educative del Comune di Torino (IT), Dipartimento di Culture, Politica e Società e il Dipartimento di Informatica – Università degli Studi di Torino. The Turin schools involved are: Istituto Professionale Birago; I.T.T.S. Carlo Grassi, Gruppo “FalkLab” –Tavolo Sociale Giovanile, I.P.S Albe Steiner, Liceo Artistico Cottini, Liceo artistico Regina Margherita (IT).
